Mikaela Bianchi and Krista Smithers are lyra duo partners based out of Northern California’s Bay Area. Mikaela began training at Circus Center in San Francisco over a decade ago and specializes in lyra, silks, and trapeze. Krista began training at Kinetic Arts Center in Oakland six years ago and specializes in giant loops and silks. They met in 2018 in San Francisco and joined forces shortly thereafter. Since then, Rossi and Rose have had the opportunity to share their art locally, in the Bay Area, as well as in such places as House of Yes in New York and The Grand Sierra Resort in Reno. They are thrilled to participate in Moisture Fest 2020 and can’t wait to get to know the beautiful city of Seattle!
