Ivanna started out in a career dancing with various companies in Chicago, New York City, and Los Angeles and was introduced to aerial arts along the way. She has always found a deep sense of freedom and connection within dance. The ability to simultaneously tune in and get lost inside the expressiveness of movement is glorious. She was delighted to find that same sense of expressiveness in aerial, just with a different set of boundaries. She performs on multiple apparatus and sees each one as a different dance partner to create and explore with.
