Alexis Levillon from Harelbeke, Belgium started with the diabolo when he was 20 years old during a student party. He found ways to practice diabolo and eventually focused on the vertax (short for “vertical axial, one cup above the other, it changes what a diabolist can do and is somewhat more difficult).
Last year Alexis won over the Moisture Festival audiences with a partner, Victor, in an act called Duo Par Deux. This time we will have the chance to see his solo stuff. We’re in for a treat, Alexis like to create tricks and push the limits.
