Adrienne Jack-Sands has been involved in performance art since childhood, playing violin from age six and viola since she was 12. At the American Ballet Theatre school in New York City she trained in classical ballet as well as contemporary and jazz dance. Years later, she left law school to pursue her love for aerial performance. In addition to her solo work in the US and Europe, she’s also performed as a member of The Aerialistas, Seattle’s Original Aerial Girl-Gang. Adrienne specializes in her own unique version of aerial straps, though she also performs on hoop, single point trapeze, rope and fabric. She strives to transcend the limits of physical strength and flexibility to produce original and passionate performance art in the air and on the ground. Oh yeah … and she can also play the ukulele and the musical saw.
