Jennifer Sutherland became a life-time member of The Royal Famille Du Caniveaux the hard way: She married one of them. She can often be seen performing bits that include singing and dancing, but never at the same time. Jennifer is very excited about reprising the infamous Top Hat dance at this year’s Moisture Festival, a feat she hasn’t attempted since nursing her two small Du Caniveaux children. In her spare time, she is the mayor of Vashon Island.
Back in the roaring mid-1990s, Tessa Francis was Line Producer at Annex Theatre, and was in a couple shows, too, including “The DivaClassification System” and “Lippizaner, Teeth Apart – The National Tour”. Tessa’s previous Moisture Festival appearance was while she was pregnant with her second child. Most of the time, however, Tessa is an aquatic ecologist who thinks about food webs.
