Helena Reynolds is an aerial artist and contemporary dancer, trained in aerial and contortion at the San Francisco Circus Centre and in Contemporary Dance and Ballet at the prestigious North Carolina School of the Arts, where she received her BFA. She has had the pleasure of working with Velvet Glove, Alban Elved, and Group Ascensions. Currently working with Aloft and the Midnight Circus, she enjoys combining the beauty of dance with the power and grace of the aerial arts. Helena performs on aerial hoop, silks, trapeze, and duo acts.
